• Replaced the existing lattice design substation with a new low-profile style air-insulated substation while acting as the prime contractor.
• New primary and secondary control and protection schemes as required for bulk power substations were incorporated.
• The 115kV to 13.8kV substation was kept energized throughout the entire project to maintain outgoing loads.
