• State Electric acted as the prime contractor
• Replaced the existing single-bay 115kV/23kV substation with a new two-bay greenfield substation
• Install six new 23kV underground feeders.
• Replaced existing wood pole getaway structures with steel monopoles on helical pile foundations.
• Replaced approximately six miles of pilot wire with ADSS overhead fiber.
• One of the more complicated challenges will be pulling the new ADSS fiber over multiple highway crossings (route 1/95 and 128).
